Rare framed Photo and certificate of The Blarney castle county cork of Ireland 🇮🇪 the certificate for Barbara Lazorchak of New Jersey USA visited the castle and kissed the Blarney Stone sent forth with the gift of eloquence date Oct 8 1971 signed by castle keeper Ms P Hillyard ** the castle keeper died in 1975  Theres a matted framed wood with 2 photos of her kissing the stone and certificate 18 inches long frame some wear on the frame but photo and certificate in great condition
