    Description

    Vintage mid-century 11.75" hula doll, souvenir from Hawaii.  This is from Lanakila Crafts and is one of the "Sweetheart dolls" so popular at that time.  She comes in her original box, top, which was a plastic type, is no longer with the box.  Box does show wear.  Doll is wearing a red swimsuit which does show some age-related wear, see photos.  Doll itself is in good shape, although these were not high end items, but rather made in bulk for tourists.  They are not necessarily easy to find anymore however as most have disappeared.  Please enlarge photos so you can see what you are purchasing.  Very cute retro piece.
