This is an adorable, excellent quality Hawaiian dashboard figurine.
She is wearing a white hula skirt with a blue top, and a g
reen grass wreath crown and a red belt.
She has black hair.
Her arms adjust up and down.
Her head can be turned left and right.
She is not a Bobble Head, but instead she is a Bobble Hip Hula Girl.
There is a weighted, metal mechanism under her skirt, which makes it work.

The condition is very good.
She has a plastic stand, no maker's mark that I could find.
There is a double sided piece of adhesive tape on the bottom of the base.
You just have to peel off the top of the patch and it will stick wherever you decide to put it.
She measures 6" tall and 5" wide at the fullest part of her skirt.
She is holding white pompoms in her hands.
