Vintage Hula Duster, Plastic New NOS, On Original Cardboard Display.
Condition is "New".  Duster in great condition, no scratches or breaks. Paint in bright good condition. Original cardboard backing has a crease top left corner and a few spots, one being under the words "The Fun Way to clean".

The duster measures  approx. 9 1/2" tall by 2" at brush.
