Up for sale is a Vintage Empire Halloween Trick or Treat Pencils 15 Pack. This pack of pencils is NEW OLD STOCK and comes SEALED in its original retail packing. It even has an old Kmart sticker still attached! This is a very cool piece and would make an awesome addition to your collection!
As far as condition goes, this pack of pencils is Vintage NEW OLD STOCK and comes SEALED in its original retail packaging. However, outer packaging does show shelf wear consistent with age and storage which can be seen in the pictures provided.
