Description

This is a used New Focus Guide Star controller embedded in clean room compatible enclosure. Item comes from surplus stock and was most likely used within a semiconductor system. It is in excellent cosmetic condition but is untested in our facilities.
Unit connects to 2 separate CCD sensors and with micro-steering optics to correct for laser beam drift in real time.
We have sensing heads available for this hardware that will be listed separately.  Feel free to contact us if you are interested. Cables, power supply and micro-steering optics are not included with the product.
