Once payment is received, your item(s) will ship out within the specified time mentioned in the listing. Your LTL Freight tracking number will be displayed in your “eBay Purchases Account”.

All shipments are insured and are properly protected either by being boxed or crated.
Please inspect your item(s) when they arrive for damage. Item(s) that are signed for in “Good Condition” will be the buyer’s responsibility. If an item arrives damaged it can be “Refused” otherwise “Damaged” Needs to be noted on the BOL (Bill Of Lading)
Once a damage claim has been submitted and details verified, your purchase will be fully refunded. If you are returning an item, a restocking fee will apply. All returns must be approved by LQD Management prior to returning.
