Vintage Continental-sized (approx. 4x6") postcard with a view of the village
and harbour at Baltimore in West Cork, Ireland.

Front caption reads, "The Harbour, Baltimore, West Cork, Ireland."
Back caption reads,
"BALTIMORE: An old fishing village 8 miles southwest of Skibbereen,
is situated at a picturesque part of the coast. The off-shore fishing is very
good, and though there are no beaches close by, there are ample opportunities
for swimming. Lying across the Bay opposite Baltimore Harbour is Sherkin Island,
where bathing facilities are excellent, particularly at the Silvery Strand -- a
beautiful stretch of soft sand. Lying south-west of Sherkin is the larger Cape Clear
Island."
