of Mount Slievenamon and the River Suir valley near Clonmel, Tipperary, Ireland.

"MT. SLIEVENAMON AND SUIR VALLEY:
Because of its comparative isolation Slievenamon mountain (2,368 feet) affords from its
summit a grand view. Its ancient name SLIABH NA MBAN FEIMHINN
(The Mountain of the Women of Feimhinn), called after the fairy women of the surrounding
territory of Fevin, who are said to have enchanted Fionn and his Fianna warriors.
Another legend tells how Fionn decided to choose as his bride the first woman to reach him,
in a race to the summit."
