HTF Shiba VTG Japan Hawaiian Vinyl Upright Hula Girl 7" Jointed Doll Grass Skirt

This listing is for the adorable, and hard to find, collectible, vintage, Shiba Hawaiian Hula girl vinyl doll. Made in Japan, probably in the 50's-60's, she is about 7" tall and is jointed. Her head does rotate, but appears to always return to a tilted position. We do not know if this is the original design or not, although we do think it adds to her attitude with her side eye! Her polka dotted top has stretched out with time and will need some tightening in order to stay up. Her hair has different lengths (not sure if original or not), and she has a gold colored cord attached to her head for hanging up. (Perhaps on the rearview mirror)? Shiba is embossed on her back, and Japan embossed on her feet. There are small marks/indentations on parts of her face and body. (See photos). However, none of these are overly obvious or distracting to the great look of this vintage doll. A great addition to your collection or a unique gift for someone special!
