    Description

    Geothermal Heat Pump - GeoCool - 4 Ton 28.6 EER 2 Stage - Horizontal Pkg Unit.
    Just Purchased in March 2021 and took delivery in June 2021 having paid 30.  Reason for Selling - Purchased a house in Texas that had a failed ClimateMaster geothermal system and decided to replace.  Took delivery of this unit and had it installed, but soon found that there were issues with my ground loops and the expense is far more than simply placing the whole system with a traditional HVAC package unit.  I decided to go that path and now letting this system go at what will probably be a steal!
    I have never shipped an item like this, but it weighs approximately 330 lbs and could cost a bit.  I figure it will be 0-500, but not sure.  Will be researching so I can give a better estimate.  Will split the cost of shipping with the buyer.
