I am selling this as is only because I got it off of a pallet of stuff and I can’t confirm whether it works or not. It looks new to me but there is one punch out hole in the back as seen in the pictures. Even the sticker on the front that you would expect to be damaged with use, is still perfect. So I can’t confirm that this is a good working unit, but if I were to guess, I would say yes. That being said, it is being sold cheap because it is as is and you ate taking the risk on whether it works or not. On a sidenote, the other 15 items on the pallet were brand new and not used. This had the box opened and it was unwrapped from the plastic.
