This nostalgic slice of country life is entitled "Yes, We're Open" and was painted by renowned artist Randy Souders. This print is personally hand autographed by the artist (NOT by an 'autopen' or other mechanical device).
This scene features a nostalgic country store complete with post office. Viewers will note the old brass cash register, gas pumps, scales, pot-bellied stove, hand-cranked wall telephone, ceiling fan, twist type light switch, and vintage iceboxes. There’s even a flyswatter on the wall…and you can see the very nail it’s hanging on! Advertising includes Star Tobacco, Yellow Cab Cigars, Texaco™, Sunbeam Bread™, Coke™ and much more (including a depression era “NRA” National Recovery Act ‘Eagle’ sign). A rare Columbia gumball machine sits next to the screen door.
