Coke cooler vintage electric

Coke cooler vintage electric.
The right side has been scratched by something… I have been using this cooler for 20+ years I has it painted long ago and new casters were installed then, never an issue with it…
Also had the bottom fiberglassed as it was galvanized steel. I believe the fluorescent lights need replaced but I never used them.
