Coca-Cola 1950's Metal Progress Picnic Cooler A2 Sandwich Box w/Cardboard Box

This is a 1950s Progress Refrigerator picnic cooler from Louisville Kentucky, in great condition with original sandwich box compartment as well as original cardboard shipping box! When was the last time you've seen one of these COMPLETE!!
This measures 18" long by 9" wide by 11-1/2" tall. Includes the carrying handle along with the rarely found sandwich box insert, measuring 7" long by 4-1/4" wide by 9-1/2" tall. Sandwich lid comes off. This closes with a center metal latch.
Drink Coca-Cola and Progress Refrigerator Co. Louisville KY embossed on both sides.
Cardboard box measures 19" long by 10" wide by 12-1/2" tall. Box is stamped:
DU QUOIN COCA-COLA BOTTLING CO. IL. Bottom of box reads A-2.
Condition: minimal surface wear on cooler. Rust-free throughout! Cardboard box has wear, missing one top flap...as shown. Still, rare to find this in any condition! Ready to display!
This will be carefully bubble-wrapped and mailed in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure safe delivery.
