Brush-McCoy Pottery Tree Trunk Planter with Attached Saucer

Description

GAR-023 Brush McCoy pottery tan colored tree trunk planter with an attached saucer circa 1940's with the underside marked Brush B-218-4 USA.  Planter measures 4-1/2" H x 4-3/4" W and the rim opening is 4-1/2" W.  The lip on the saucer measures 1".  This planter has been packed away in a garage for a long time.  We recommend a good cleaning before use.
CONDITION: Thera are a few clay flubs in the interior of the planter that are normal with Brush McCoy pottery manufacturing.  The interior of the planter has crazing in the glaze and stains from past use.  The glaze around the saucer area has dulled from use and there is a slight mineral residue on the interior of the saucer.
