Mesquite Smoked Almonds
Smoke flavored almonds are a classic roasted almond snack. We make ours with a natural mesquite smoke flavor and sweet savory roasted onion. We use ingredients like torula yeast and yeast extract for savory, natural flavor enhancement and real molasses to smooth things out.
Maple Bacon Almonds
When maple met bacon it was love at first sight. The roasted, nutty flavor of our almonds provides the perfect dance floor for maple and bacon to work their flavor magic. Morning, noon, or midnight; with coffee, beer, or ice cream; its always a good time for Maple Bacon Almonds!
Balsamic Herb Almonds
Tangy, sweet, and salty, with a touch of sweet Italian herbs. The vinegar and herb flavors pair well with the rich nuttiness of roasted almonds. We use a dried white balsamic vinegar with a trifecta of premium ground basil, thyme and oregano to create a truly unique salt and vinegar almond snack that is bright with flavor.
Chipotle Lime Almonds
We blend smokey ground chipotle peppers with ground red chili peppers and add a strong dose of lime to create a tangy flavored snack almond with mild heat. The tart lime and spicy chili pair nicely with the salty, nutty roasted almonds for a chili con limon flavor fiesta!

Solar Powered Farm
Solar energy is essential to power our trees to produce almonds, but we also have two large solar systems on our farm that produce much of the electricity needed to run the water pumps in our almond orchards and rice fields, and to help power our food processing facility that is located on our farm.
