  • Condition: Unit is 14 years old but was not used for 3-4 years while a restaurant was closed. This was working when removed a few months ago and is a very clean unit. It is 5 ton in good condition and should last 10+ years. An inexpensive way to fix a current R22 system without replacing the entire system. Pickup only or can be delivered within 10 miles of Brookfield CT.

    Description

    5 Ton Outdoor Unit in good condition and only 14 years old.  Removed from restaurant that was closed for several years and not used during that time.  Working when removed and replaced with new units.
    This will require a 5 ton (60,000 btu) air handler or larger. Smaller air handler will cause the coil to freeze up inside the air handler.
    Installation may be available for addl cost.
    Item will be removed when sold. Do not ask if available.
