    TYPE:  Vintage Color Postcard (Continental, 4x6)
    DESCRIPTION: “Tralee, Co. Kerry: The chief town of Co. Kerry and gateway to the Dingle Peninsula, Tralee is a progressive modern town and an excellent touring and holiday centre.  This is the venue for the famous “Rose of Tralee” (famed in song by William Mulchinock) contest held annually and which attracts entrants from throughout the world.  The town park of over 75 acres is easy to access from the principal streets and provides a fine setting for the Ashe Memorial Hall.”  The festival, ongoing since 1959, was canceled in 2020.
    CONDITION: Used; mailed. Minor corner and edge wear. Light soiling and age tanning. Faint stain on the back side. Very Good condition.
