What you should do if damage/lost does occur when the shipment reaches you.
1. Take picture of any evidence of the damage/lost that happens during transportation.
2. Refuse to receive the shipment. DO NOT sign the Bill of Landing and ask delivery driver to return the shipment to sender (there should not be extra cost/surcharge for doing so).
3. Contact our customer support with picture and information about the damage, our customer service will guide you through the replacement process.
